Donation of agricultural land that will be converted into building land
Hello,
My father's aunt wants to give me a meadow (agricultural land) of about 700 square meters. Since it is located on the outskirts of town and the neighboring property is already developed, I would like to convert it into a building plot and build on it. The current price per square meter for the meadow is about 1.50€ and the value of a building plot is estimated at 240€ per square meter. Can you give me an approximate idea of how much gift tax or tax for the conversion would be incurred?
