Company car costs with salary reduction and monetary benefit.

I am a resident in Germany (Saarland) and have a job offer in Luxembourg, 95,000 EUR fixed + 20,000 EUR bonus. So I would commute 92 km each way daily, totaling 184 km daily. The employer offers me to give up 10,000 EUR gross annually, in exchange for a company car (valued at 40-50k €) including private use and all costs (including fuel, insurance). I can grasp and understand the 10k euros. What else do I need to consider with the 1.5% rule in Luxembourg? Also, the distance to the workplace plays a role here, right? --> What are the total costs for this car? The goal is to compare the net amount with and without the company car based on the specific numbers of my case, in order to know what this car and its usage will cost me. I am married. My wife, who is a civil servant at the A13 level, will be on parental leave starting in December 2021, and will have no income for an extended period starting from the second year (from December 2022) onwards.
