Loan from GmbH for the financing of the purchase of shares in the GmbH.

Hello,

the situation is as follows:
I want to buy shares in an existing GmbH (25.1%). The GmbH whose shares I am buying would provide me with a loan to finance the purchase price at market conditions. Is this permissible? Are there any tax concerns regarding this approach?
Just for your information: I am already an employed managing director in the GmbH.
