Is the accusation of deception in an online exam, based on identical answers and mistakes (free text: not identical; multiple choice: identical), lawful? It should be noted that there was no information provided on permitted aids beforehand, and no declaration of independence to be filled out at the beginning of the exam. Furthermore, there was no identity verification or other measures in place.
