Dear Mr. Scholz,
I am referring to my inquiry from yesterday regarding "Invoice from private individual".
Today, I requested a receipt via email, and as a result, the money was thrown into my mailbox in an envelope.
How should I proceed now, or what does this mean legally?

Legally, the technician has refused to accept his payment. However, this does not change the contract between the two of you. The person who installed the part is responsible for the proper installation. In this case, it was likely the technician.
