Pseudodementia due to drug interactions

Hello,

about 2-3 years ago, my grandmother was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then, she has been taking tablets and also has to inject insulin. Additionally, she takes Marcumar, tablets for high blood pressure, and a water tablet every day. Since she started taking all these medications, she has deteriorated quite a bit. She is often absent-minded and shows symptoms of dementia. She doesn't remember anything from today, but strangely, also nothing from the past.

I recently read that there is something called pseudo-dementia, which can be caused by interactions between medications. What do you think about this? Is it possible with this combination of medications? What do you recommend for me to do? There is a website called "www.apothesen.de" where I can have the medication reviewed. Do you think this is trustworthy?
