High blood sedimentation

Hello!

For about 2 weeks I have been experiencing the following symptoms: stronger abdominal pain in the lower abdomen, general discomfort, occasional nausea (no diarrhea). My primary care physician suspects colitis as I have had similar symptoms before. However, the gastroenterologist mentioned that the CRP levels should be elevated if that were the case, but they are within the normal range. However, the ESR is significantly elevated at 50/100. What do you think? Could it be the intestines or possibly the kidneys (as I have had inflammation there before as well), although my urine is normal except for a little blood (which I regularly have) and occasionally a tiny bit of protein.

Shouldn't I go to the hospital with this blood value?

Thank you for your response.
