End the ongoing lawsuit.
As the plaintiff, do I have the possibility to end an ongoing lawsuit? (Property matter/private right of way, claim value before the district court 5,000 euros). (In my opinion, a solution through a desired settlement - the conditions have been changed by the opposing party multiple times to our disadvantage - will not be reached). Also, due to my age, I am no longer interested in a judicial solution as the plaintiff and would like to end the process immediately. What conditions would this be subject to? What costs would be incurred by me? How should I proceed? What are the different options for "getting out"?
