Swollen right side of the abdomen

Hello, my stomach is swollen on the right side below the navel, not large but noticeable. It has been like this for a few months, I never took it seriously because in my opinion there are no important organs there and since I am a bit overweight (my stomach hangs a bit) but slowly I am starting to worry. I have tried to look for knots or bumps but have not found anything, it does not hurt and I also have no health problems.

So my question is what could it be? Could the fat have shifted a bit more to the right side than to the left? I am definitely curious to hear your response.

I forgot to mention that I am 26 years old.

no, I think this is a herniation (rupture) in the abdominal wall. The abdominal wall consists of muscles and connective tissue. At the point below the navel, some intestine may protrude through the layers more than on the other side. Please consult your general practitioner or a surgeon to rule out any risk of intestinal incarceration.
Fat does not only accumulate on one side, that can be ruled out.
