Reishi or Ganoderma mushroom

Hello.
It is well known that the heat during the cooking process destroys the vitamins and healthy substances contained in vegetables or fruits.
A coffee from the USA has landed on the market that is supposedly very healthy because it contains the spores of a healthy Asian mushroom: the "Reishi".
MY QUESTION:
How can it be claimed that a 5% portion of such a mushroom in a hot coffee is supposed to create healthy benefits? Are these healthy substances destroyed by the heat? Or is it simply a marketing ploy for the people?
Hello
There is a mushroom that has all these wonderful effects as described in the attached appendix !!!
But unfortunately only in fairy tales.
You have already thought and given the answer yourself. Advertising promises. What to make of that......
Such things can only be claimed because this is not a medication but a food.
However, there are limits. Perhaps you could email this promotion to a consumer protection center with the question of whether this is still correct.
Best regards Dr. R. Berg
