Flat stomach

At a height of 1.65 cm, I weigh between 65 and 64 kg. I do Zumba twice a week for an hour and walk my Dachshund twice a day for an hour.
I don't want to lose any more weight, I just want to know how I can achieve a flat stomach. I already changed my diet a year ago (Slim while you sleep). Do I need to get a new scale to determine my overall muscle mass? Should I switch from Zumba to strength training?
I hope you can help me, as I am feeling down.
My husband is not interested in joining a gym, as he doesn't care about his weight at all.
Best regards.
To get a flat stomach, you can build muscle that helps reduce fat deposits. To determine muscle mass and body fat, a device from the pharmacist for Omron measurements is sufficient. You don't have to buy an expensive body fat scale.
Building muscle mass is quite simple. Zumba is more for cardiovascular training, less for increasing muscle mass. You can increase muscle mass specifically through muscle training (mostly static muscle work) + a protein-rich diet.
By the way, if you build muscles, you will weigh more than before, because muscles weigh more than fat at the same volume, due to the higher density of tissue structures/muscle fibers.
Do you have any questions about this? I am happy to help you further.
All the best!
