Hello,

I was in the tanning salon the day before yesterday and today. I haven't been in a long time. Throughout the day I felt weak and tired. I am easily irritated and have been feeling a kind of chills for about an hour. My head is slightly red. My face is very warm. My hands are very cold. My neck is slightly tense. I have a slight headache and a slight pressure in my lower back. Could I have caught a heat stroke? But so far, I have not felt nauseous.

Actually, this should be impossible in a normal ventilated tanning bed with a normal tanning time.

However, you are describing the typical symptoms of a viral flu. Please measure your temperature, if it is elevated, it is quite likely a viral infection. The flu often presents with little coughing (which would come later) and mainly headache and body aches, as well as high fever.
