Pulse blood pressure

Hello dear medical team,
I have another question regarding my heart rate. For a while now, I have had a resting pulse of 49-55 and a blood pressure of 100/50 in the evening while lying on the sofa. Is this dangerous? I am an athlete, playing football and training about 2 times a week, plus a game. Lately, I have been feeling quite exhausted during sprints and my heart is pumping like crazy, but this only happens during sprints, not during normal jogging, etc. Best regards

Dear questioner, these are normal values for someone who regularly does sports. If you are concerned about limited endurance, have your heart checked by a doctor (especially a stress ECG). Regards, Welsch
