after years of alcohol abuse and 8 cycles of chemotherapy, the following liver values are currently present in a male in his late 30s:

GPT 33 U/L reference -50
GOT 50 U/L reference -50
Phosphate 0.5 Reference 0.8 - 1.6
Glucose 148 Reference up to 109
MCH 38 Reference up to 34
MCV 106 Reference up to 94
Since the liver quotient y-GT/GPT is well above 6 now, does this mean that liver cirrhosis is already occurring? Unfortunately, I cannot get him to see a doctor, tumor markers are within the normal range, with AFP slightly elevated.
